It only took me one (1) call to be recommended to Poolerco. Called another very reputable service and hey recommended Eric. He return my phone call within less than 24 hours and the rest as they say "is history. I explained the situation with the property in North Cape May, Eric managed to set time aside t take a look; explained his scope of services and was hired on the spot. NEVER ONCE DID I NEED TO FOLLOW UP wondering if he was going to show up. And each project or service of the visit was completed always with fabulous results. That was the 2020 experience. 2012, the home was sold and the homeowners were so pleased with Eric/Poolerco LLC. they highly recommended to the new owner to keep using his service because there wasn't one the new owner would find as knowledgeable and, moreover, responsive than Eric. I have been in the property business for ten (10) years, on very rare occasions have there been services as professional; responsive and dedicated to making the customer service experience the priority.
